Besides having a great sense of humor and down-to-earth approach, Donna, founder and Vice Empress of The Galatas Group, LLC, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the tactical and strategic aspects of human resource management.
Before forming The Galatas Group, LLC, she held positions as Director of Employee Relations for the Auto Parts Group and Vice President, Human Resources for GreenLeaf Auto Recyclers, LLC. With 60 locations in 13 states and Canada, GreenLeaf Auto Recyclers is the second largest auto parts recycler in North America.
Prior to working in the recycled automotive parts industry, Donna was the Director of Human Resources for Monarch Dental, a publicly traded dental practice management company with 157 locations in 13 states. She has also held senior level HR positions at McLane Food Service Distribution, Inc. and Walt Disney Imagineering, the theme park and hotel design division of the Walt Disney Company.
Donna has a BA in International Relations from San Francisco State University and an MA in Human Resources Management from Rollins College.
